My
career in the banking and finance industry spans 15 years, of which, nearly
a decade has been within the marketing discipline. I began working as a teller
for a $100 million dollar credit union while attending Purdue University. After
graduation, I moved to Indianapolis to start a family, complete my MBA from
Butler University, and rose up through the ranks at National City Bank a $100
billion dollar financial institution, and Union Federal Bank a large $4 billion
community bank.
Over the years, I have honed my skills managing hundreds of projects with
dozens of vendors/partners including: advertising agencies, print companies,
direct mail houses, web development companies, email marketing firms, and
marketing research consultants. Additionally, nearly all of the projects also
required coordination with numerous internal departments including: retail
sales, finance, accounting, compliance, security, human resources, trust,
commercial banking, small business banking, training, insurance, IT, consumer
lending, and the call center.
Key Accomplishments:
• Utilized online marketing channels to conduct a campaign which
generated an ROI of 13,152% and application volume of $6.3M
• Conducted a home equity campaign that generated $30 million
in
loans in just 2 months and established a record campaign
performance of 139% of goal
• Implemented a Google Adwords campaign that delivered a click
through rate (CTR) of 4.83%
• Developed a customer service/loyalty survey program that helped
UFB capture the position of #1 in customer service
• Developed the “Check into Paradise” checking campaign
that resulted
in 5,400 new checking accounts over two months and a record
performance of 118% of goal
